MohrSafe:

  • Is not a law enforcement agency

  • Is not an alarm monitoring company

  • Does not provide emergency response services

  • Does not guarantee prevention of crime or harm

 

Our services are advisory and preventative in nature and are intended to assist homeowners in understanding potential vulnerabilities.

2. No Guarantee of Outcome

 

Security involves variables beyond our control, including human behavior, environmental factors, and criminal activity.

MohrSafe makes no guarantees, express or implied, that the use of our services, recommendations, or installations will:

  • Prevent criminal activity

  • Deter all unauthorized access

  • Eliminate risk of loss or harm

 

Clients acknowledge that no security measure provides absolute protection.

 

3. Client Responsibilities

 

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information

  • Disclose known hazards or conditions on the property

  • Maintain any installed equipment according to manufacturer instructions

  • Understand and follow recommendations at their discretion

 

Failure to disclose relevant information may affect the accuracy of assessments or services.

 

4. Installation Services

 

Where installation services are provided:

  • Installation does not imply monitoring or surveillance

  • Equipment performance is the responsibility of the manufacturer

  • MohrSafe is not responsible for manufacturer defects, failures, or software issues

  • Client-provided equipment remains the responsibility of the client and manufacturer

 

MohrSafe’s responsibility is limited to proper physical installation and configuration based on available information at the time of service.

 

5. Third-Party Products and Services

 

MohrSafe may recommend or install third-party products. We do not control, manufacture, or warrant third-party equipment, software, or services. Any warranties, support, or performance claims related to such products are solely between the client and the manufacturer or provider.

6. Limitation of Liability

 

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

MohrSafe Home Defense, LLC shall not be liable for:

  • Loss, theft, or damage to property

  • Personal injury or harm

  • Failure of equipment or systems

  • Criminal acts or third-party actions

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

 

Total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

 

7. Assumption of Risk

 

By engaging our services, clients acknowledge that:

  • Security assessments involve observation and evaluation only

  • Risk cannot be eliminated

  • Decisions to implement recommendations are voluntary

  • Clients retain responsibility for their property and personal safety
