Refund Policy

MohrSafe Home Defense, LLC (“MohrSafe,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is committed to providing professional, assessment-based home security services. This Refund Policy explains how refunds are handled for services provided.

1. Assessment Services

​

Home security assessments involve time, preparation, travel, and professional evaluation. Once an assessment has been completed, fees for that assessment are non-refundable, regardless of outcome, findings, or whether the client chooses to act on recommendations. If an assessment has been scheduled but not yet performed, refunds may be issued under the conditions outlined in Section 4 (Cancellations).

2. Installation Services

 

Installation services are billed for labor, time, and expertise.

  • Installation fees are non-refundable once work has begun

  • Completed installations are not eligible for refunds

  • Dissatisfaction with manufacturer equipment performance is not grounds for a refund, as equipment functionality is the responsibility of the manufacturer

 

If a verified installation error attributable to MohrSafe occurs, we will make reasonable efforts to correct the issue at no additional charge.

3. Equipment and Third-Party Products

 

MohrSafe does not manufacture or control third-party equipment.

  • Refunds for equipment, if applicable, are governed by the manufacturer’s or retailer’s return policies

  • MohrSafe is not responsible for refunds related to equipment defects, software issues, or manufacturer limitations

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

 

A. Cancellations

  • Cancellations made with reasonable advance notice may be eligible for a refund or reschedule

  • Late cancellations or no-shows may result in forfeiture of fees due to reserved time and travel commitments

B. Rescheduling

  • Clients may request to reschedule an appointment, subject to availability

  • Repeated rescheduling may result in additional fees

 

5. Exceptional Circumstances

 

Refund requests due to exceptional circumstances will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Approval is at the sole discretion of MohrSafe Home Defense, LLC.

 

6. No Refunds for Outcomes

 

MohrSafe does not guarantee specific results. Refunds will not be issued based on:

  • The occurrence of criminal activity

  • Perceived lack of deterrence

  • Changes in personal circumstances

  • Decisions not to implement recommendations

 

7. Payment Disputes

 

Clients are encouraged to contact us directly regarding billing concerns. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in suspension of services and additional administrative fees.

 

8. Policy Updates

 

This Refund Policy may be updated periodically. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
